Christian rock bands.......

Ok. I've been listening to some christian heavy metal.... And i personally LOVE screamo music and i LOVE all of this music. But i was wondering what your opinion is. My mom absolutely HATES heavy metal, weather its christian or not..... So opinions can go either way. :)

If screamo is what you like then you are more likely going to hear the message they are sending by the words in the song than you would if you were listening to some other genre. I think that if you are truly listening to the words and getting the message, it doesn't matter, as long as you're receiving it.
