When I get my own car I'm going to help more with the youth because I know how it feels to have nothing to do on Sabbath afternoon. I love to hang out with other youth rather it be outdoors like hiking or camping or inside like at a home or studying or playing sabbath appropriate games. I also think that if you're in charge of the youth that you should always have a backup plan so the youth aren't left with nothing to do because you just don't feel like it. Any thoughts?

you can do anything on the sabbath once it glorifies god.

The Sabbath was made for man and not man for the Sabbath, God created the Sabbath basically as a day of rest, not meaning that we should just sleep, sleep and sleep some more, lol

The Sabbath was made by God, for us to go to His place of worship to magnify and give all praises to Him; the Sabbath is a day/time when all men and women, boys and girls should look forward to, be go to Church to worship the father which is in Heaven, who created us and this BEAUTIFUL WORLD that we are living in.

We should not be going anywhere on the Sabbath, but Church, because, let me tell you all this clearly and straight forward, IF IT WEREN'T FOR GOD, OUR WONDERFUL CREATOR AND KING, NONE OF WOULD BE HERE TODAY!!!!

On Sabbath afternoons, we either go AY , play a game, have vespers or go sight seeing and close the Sabbath outdoors.

Personally....i prefer the latter:D

I love Sabbath afternoons even though I'm usually at church. If I'm not, my family and I will usually take a walk or make up our own AY to close the Sabbath.
